Post photos, a walkthrough video and a hand-sketch of your site, with your exact GPS location captured automatically. Buyers get notified the moment a matching site goes live.
No guesswork for buyers, no back-and-forth for sellers.
Live GPS capture at the moment of posting — buyers see exactly where a site is, not an approximate pin.
Buyers get push notifications the moment a new site matching their interest is listed — no refreshing, no missed deals.
Every listing clearly states litigation status and site classification (General / Govt. assignment) upfront.
