sitesf0rsale ("we", "our", "the app") connects landowners selling sites with buyers looking to purchase them. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it's used when you use the sitesf0rsale mobile app or website.

Information we collect

Password	Stored as a one-way cryptographic hash (bcrypt) — we cannot see or recover your actual password
Profile photo (optional)	Shown on your profile and to buyers when they view your listings
Precise location (GPS)	Captured only when you, as a seller, post a site — so buyers see the site's real location
Photos, video, sketch of a site	Uploaded by sellers as part of a listing, so buyers can evaluate the site
Push notification token	To notify buyers when a new matching site is listed
Basic usage data (listing views, likes)	To show view/like counts and improve the app

How we use your information

• To operate core features: creating listings, browsing listings, contacting a seller, and account management
• To send you push notifications about new listings (buyers) and transactional emails such as password-reset codes
• To keep the platform safe — for example, masking a seller's phone number until a signed-in buyer chooses to reveal it

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of service providers strictly to operate the app:

• Expo — delivers push notifications to your device
• Hostinger (email) — sends password-reset codes to your email address
• Data is otherwise stored on our own servers and is not shared with data brokers or advertisers

Location data

Location is only captured when a seller actively posts a new listing, using the device's GPS at that moment. It is stored with the listing and shown to buyers so they know exactly where the site is. We do not track your location in the background or at any other time.

Data retention

We retain your account and listing data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (below) — we will delete your personal data except where we're required to keep records for legal reasons.

Your choices

• You can update your profile photo or password at any time from the app
• You can request a copy of your data, or request that we delete your account, by emailing us
• You can revoke camera, photo, or location permissions at any time in your device settings — note that posting a new listing requires location, photo, and video access to work

Children's privacy

sitesf0rsale is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date above.
